 Components Used:

  • - Washing machine AC motor controller
  • - Diodes 1N4007 to 10A10
  • - DC fan
  • - Basic tools

  1. For the first speed setting, we connected 3 diodes in series
  2. And for the second speed setting, we used 5 diodes in series. 

You can adjust the number of diodes depending on how much you want to reduce the speed. The more diodes you add in series, the greater the voltage drop—and therefore, the slower the fan will run.

We used 1-amp diodes (1N4007) for this setup. However, if your load requires more than 1 amp, it's better to use higher-rated diodes like 10A10 (10-amp diodes).

In this project we learn how to convert any motor into high speed dc motor. its very easy and useful project. High speed dc motors like 775 price is very high and anyone cannot afford. so if we use this simple technique so we can increase speed of any dc motor.

  • 1st open dc motor with the help of screw driver.
  • Now remove old winding and clean armature of dc motor. 
  • And now take a 22 SWG wire and rewind armature. 
  • Each coil has 10 turn. rewind same like old winding.
  •  And finally adjust this armature on dc motor and close dc motor.

how to convert any low rpm dc motor into high rpm 775 dc motor

in this video we learn how to convert low rpm dc motor into high rpm 775 dc motor easy at home. Here we use 3 same company dc motor. 
  • how to convert any low rpm dc motor into high rpm 775 dc motor
    1st motor rewind with 22 swg wire. (10 turn each coil)
  • 2nd motor rewind with 26 swg wire. (20 turn each coil) 
  • And 3rd motor leave it with 32 swg wire. (100 turn each coil)
Now we try run all motors with 4 volt power step by step.
  • when we run 32 swg winding motor with 4v then its speed is very low. 
  • And when we run 26 swg winding motor with 4v then its speed is little high from 32 swg winding motor.
  • When we run 22 swg winding motor with 4v then its speed is very high rpm and very powerful.
Mean if we use thick wire for winding then we get low rpm, And if we use fat wire for winding then we get high rpm of any dc motor. 

So if we want to increase rpm of any dc motor then we need to rewind it with high swg wire.

 How to make 12v stand fan

In this project we learn how to make 12v stand fan easy at home. Its very easy, useful, low cost, and energy saving project. in this project we use PVC Pipe and 12v DC fan motor. other all components detail are following.

Components:

  • 12V DC Long shaft Motor
  • 2 inch PVC Tee
  • 2 inch PVC Cup
  • 3, or 4 inch round PVC Piece.(its depend on your fan jali inner hole.
  • 12v 2amp or 4 amp charger
  • 2inch 3 foot PVC Pipe
  • Fan wing ( 14 inch)
  • Fan Base ( you can make it with sand and cement)
  • Fan Grill or Jali (14 inch wing jali)
if you want to make small fan then you can chose small fan grill and fan wing. i want 14 inch stand fan so i use 14 inch wing and grill.
now following simple steps and make same.
  • Adjust DC fan motor on 2 inch PVC cup with the help of screw.
  • Also connect 4 inch round PVC piece. 
  • Now connect back side of fan grill with dc fan motor set.
  • connect fan wing after connect back side of fan grill.
  • and now connect front side of fan grill with back side of fan grill.
  • now take a 3 inch long PVC pipe and connect with PVC cup and PVC tee.
  • Take fan base and connect 3 foot PVC pipe and make fan stand.
  • now connect tee with stand
  • and finally connect wire connection with dc motor and 12v charger.

Total cost for making 12V DC stand fan:

Total cost for making 12v dc stand fan is round about  7.25$. all components price are following
  • New 12V DC Motor = 3.12$ in local market ( you can buy it more cheapest price from scrap shop.
  • New 14 inch fan wing = 1$
  • used fan grill      = 1.3$ (new fan grill or jali price is 2.5$)
  • 2 inch PVC Tee    =  0.63$
  • 2 inch PVC Cup = 0.32$
  • 2 inch 3 foot PVC Pipe = 0.25$/foot
  • cement = 0.13$/kg
  • sand     = free

How to make powerful rechargeable drill machine using pvc pipe

In this project we learn how to make powerful rechargeable drill machine using pvc pipe easy at home. Here we use BMS charging module. its use for battery over charge protection. and we can charge batteries with any 12v charger. for making this project we need some components.

How to make powerful rechargeable drill machine using pvc pipe
components:
  • 12v gear motor or old drill motor (you can get it form old scratch shop)
  • 1.5 inch Tee or 1.75 inch Tee 
  • 1.5 inch or 1.75inch  half foot length PVC Pipe (PVC size must match with Tee, if you chose 1.5 inch tee then PVC size also has 1.5 inch)
  • 12v BMS Charging module (its protect our batteries to over charge and increase batteries life)
  • Push switch or on/off switch
  • female connector (its use for connect 12v charger)
  • Lethem batteries ( i use 6 batteries for good backup, you can use 3 batteries)
  • Plastic box 
  • Soldering wire
  • Soldering iron
PVC pipe and Tee are total depend on Gear motor. so 1st try to buy gear motor and then buy PVC pipe and tee as per gear motor size. I find old drill motor its fit on 1.5 inch to 1.75 inch PVC Tee. 
Now following these simple steps and make.

  • 1st Connect 2 wires with push button and then fit it on half foot PVC pipe.
  • 2nd adjust this PVC pipe on plastic box cap you can use power glue for fixing.
  • Now connect 2 wires with motor and adjust this drill motor on PVC Tee.
  • And now adjust this PVC on Tee. 
  • Now take 6 Lethem batteries and make a 3 pear in parallel connection. you can use 3 batteries. i use 6 because i want good backup power.
  • And now connect all pears in series and make 12v output cell.
  • Now connect BMS circuit with batteries for over charge protection.
  • BMS input charging wires connect with female connector.
  • And finally adjust all cell and circuit on plastic box.

the total cost of rechargeable drill machine is round about 8$. other all components price are following.
  • Drill motor     = 3.5$ (you can buy it more cheaper price from old scratch shop)
  • 12v BMS 3S charging module = 2.25$ ( if you use laptop battery circuit then you can save this amount)
  • 1.5 inch PVC Tee  = 0.65$
  • 1.5 inch PVC Pipe = 0.2$/foot
  • Push button           = 0.13$
  • female connector  = 0.13$
  • old laptop battery = 1$

In this project we learn how to make a power hacksaw machine easy at home with the help of video. its very easy and useful project. using this you can easily cut any type of metal, iron, pipes, and channels.
for making this project we need some component

Component:

  • 4/1 inch iron channel, 2 pieces (1st piece length 18 inch and 2nd piece length 6 inch.)
  • 0.5/0.5 inch iron channel, 2 pieces (1st piece length 2 foot and 2nd piece length 8 inch)
  • 2/2 inch angle iron, 2 piece (both size 3.5inch) or vise
  • hacksaw cutter
  • 10 inch rolling channel
  • old drill machine motor or any gear motor
  • 7 inch wheel (you can get it from any washing machine shop)
  • some nut bolt
  • screw driver
  • drill machine
Now follow simple steps and make same.
  • Take 6 inch channel length and cut a round hole for adjusting drill motor or any gear motor.
  • Adjust this 6 inch channel on 18 inch large piece of channel with the help of nut bolt. 
  • Now open 10 inch rolling channel and connect one side with hacksaw cutter.
  • And 2nd side connect with 2 foot iron channel,
  • Now adjust this set (hacksaw, 2foot iron, rolling channel)  with previous set (6inch and 18inc channel).
  • Adjust drill machine on 6 inch channel,
  • And fit 2inch nut bolt on wheel,
  • Now set connector on drill motor and adjust wheel for rotating,
  • And now connect 8 inch channel piece with wheel and hacksaw cutter,
  • Now take 2 piece of angle iron and make vise for picking.
  • And finally adjust this vise on 18 inch channel piece,

In this project we learn how to convert 24v dc motor into 5v high speed dc motor easy at home using few simple steps with the help of video and circuit diagram. for making this project we need some components.

Components:
  • DC Motor 24v or 775motor
  • 24 SWG Wire 
  • Some screw dirvers
  • Plier (plass)
Normally 24v motor dose not work on 5 volt. because for running this motor we need high power voltage and current. its specially design for high voltage. but we convert it as our desire voltage.
we chose 24 swg because 24 SWG wire start working on 0.6 ampere.
now following few steps and make same.

  • 1st open dc motor and remove old winding from armature.
  • This time DC motor wind with 16 swg wire. 16 swg work on 5.46 ampere. so its dose not work on 5v. 
  • Now simple replace old winding with 24 swg wire winding. 
  • Each armatures core 40 turn and after 40 turn connect wire with hook of armatures. 
  • 2nd time again 40 turn and connect wire with hook of armatures.
  • 3rd time again 40 last turn and connect again wire with hook of armatures.
  • And finally last wore connect with 1st wire. like diagram.

Some basic question and answers:

Whats basic logic with wire gauge with dc motor?

basically each wire has different value of current. if we use low current wire then its work on low current. but if we use high current wire then its work on high current. 
for example in 775 motor wind with 16 SWG wire so its dose not work on 5v power (mobile charger) but when we replace this wire with 24 SWG then its working very well.

How do you determine the current rating of a wire?

Normaly we calculate current rating using this formula
Amperage = Current Density * Cross-section Area.
but you can easily find wire current using this current rating chart

  • Plastic fan wings
  • Round rubber (for adjust motor with wing)
  • 2 Iron pieces (for adjust fan with wall)

in this project we use 12v DC motor. its very cheap low power and high speed motor. and best for exhaust fan.

Now following some procedure.

  • Adjust round rubber in the center of wing. ( because fan wing center hole and motor upper pin size is not same. so we use round rubber for adjust it)

  • Now adjust 2 iron pieces with motor. one piece adjust wit left side and 2nd adjust with right side. ( this 2 clips use for adjustment fan on kitchen wall)

  • Now connect wire with motor for input power ( if your charger wire is long then you can directly connect charger wire with motor.)

  • Now adjust plastic fan wing with motor. (motor nozzle pin connect with round rubber its perfectly fit on wing)

  • Finally adjust fan on kitchen wall using screw. (simple hole on wall and iron piece that adjust with motor, and adjust it on wall using screw)

  • we can directly connect it with 12v battery.
