How To Fix Power Supply Load Issue Using One Part

In this project we learn how to fix power supply load issue using one part. With this method, you can easily fix the issue of power drop. Sometimes the power supply doesn’t work properly. it keeps turning on and off.
How To Fix Power Supply Load Issue Using One Part

This usually happens when we connect something heavy like a motor that needs more current than the power supply can give. Because of that, the device doesn’t run smoothly and keeps restarting.

To fix this, we did a little trick. We added a 22k resistor to the input side of the optocoupler inside the power supply. This makes the power supply think the load is not too heavy, so it sends more current to the output.
Increase Current Output Easily

Basically, we messed with the feedback system a bit. By changing the resistor to 22k, the power supply gives more amps, which helps run heavy loads properly without tripping. It’s like a small hack to increase the output limit.

hobbyists, and engineers.
what is ohm law formula? ohm law formula is V = I × R
V represents Voltage, I represents Current, and R represents Resistance in Ohm’s Law (V = I × R).

How to Use This Ohm’s Law Calculator:

Select what you want to calculate from the dropdown (Voltage, Current, or Resistance).
For example, if you select Voltage (V), then:
  • Enter the Current (I) value in the first box
  • Enter the Resistance (R) value in the second box
  • Click Calculate, and your Voltage result will appear instantly!

How to rewind armature of drill machine

In this project we learn how to rewind armatore of drill machine. its very easy and simple process.
1st we need some basic information about armature of drill machine.
Its duplex winding.
How to rewind armature of drill machine

Pole is 2 north and south.
Segment is 24
And slot is 12.
We know pitch is equal to slot over pole.
12/2 =  Answer is 6
Mean we wind in 1 and 6 slot reshow
For more simplify we make a simple chart of slot and segment combination.
Slot Segment
1-6 1,2
2-7 3,4
3-8 5,6
4-9 7,8
5-10 9,10
6-11 11,12
7-12 13,14
8-1 14,16
9-2 17,18
10-3 19,20
11-4 21,22
12-5 23,24

Now we wind very easily with the help of this chart. simple put a number on armature slot and segment. and start winding with the help of this chart.

Video of rewind armature of drill machine.

What is duplex winding?

if segment is 24 and slot is 12 so its duplex winding.
if segment and slot both are equal then its called simplex winding.
if segment is 36 and slot is 12 then its called triplex winding.
