BT136 TRIAC
Heat Sink
2A473J Capacitor
100K Variable Resistor
DB3 Diac (Trigger Diode)
100K 1 Watt Resistor
PCB Board
Soldering Wire
Soldering Iron
Basic Idea about BT136 TRIAC:
BT136 TRIAC
In this project we use BT136 TRIAC.
its a three terminal semiconductor device.
its use for control current.
It has 2 Anode and one Gate.
1st pin MT1 or Main Terminal 1
2nd pin MT2 or Main Terminal 2
3rd pin Gate
Circuit Diagram:

BT136 has 3 pin 1st is T1, 2nd T2, 3rd GATE. Connect one side of DIAC with gate pin. and 2nd side connect with middle pin of variable resistor. now connect 473J capacitor with 100k variable resistor and T1.
Now connect 100k resistor with variable resistor. T1 and 2nd side of 100k resistor use for input 220v. T2 and 2nd side of 100k resistor use for 220v output. in output you can connect fan or bulb or any thing that you voltage you want to low or high. we learn it more better with watching video.
